Truth is, we spend months stressing over the exact tile shades, deck dimensions, and stone finishes… 📐✨

But when a project is completely finished, those aren't the details that steal the show.

Why ask AI when you can see the real thing? 🪄✨

Generative AI is fun for daydreaming, but when it comes to actual scale, Florida setback codes, sun positioning, and how your family will live in the space—nothing replaces a custom-tailored 3D design.

We took this homeowner's real house layout and built a complete 3D visualization model from scratch, mapping out every angle:

☀️ Sun shelf placement for maximum sunlight.

🏊‍♀️ Flow & spatial clearance from the main patio doors.

🎨 Material pairing that complements the home's existing architecture.

Computer prompts are cool, but turning real backyards into living sanctuaries is our favorite craft. ☕️💦

A custom spillway isn't just about moving water—it’s an architectural focal point designed to elevate your whole pool space.

Getting these details right is our favorite part of the design process. Exterior is Artistry in Mosaics Sea Glass Series "Tumbled Blue" and the Spillway is Aquabella Manhattan Series "Grand Central".

Choosing living materials for your pool build is all about thoughtful planning! 🌿✨

Raw copper is a gorgeous choice for custom features like scuppers and water bowls, but it’s helpful to know what to expect before making your final design selections.
Copper is an organic material that continuously reacts with outdoor air and water. Over time, it creates a natural patina;transitioning from warm bronze tones into a rich, velvety teal-green.
Here are a few design tips to keep in mind if you are considering copper for your dream pool:

🎨 Plan around the Future Tones: When selecting waterline tile or decking stone, consider how those materials will pair with both warm copper today and soft teal-green in the years ahead.

📌 Save this post to your pool design board! Do you like copper, or do you prefer constant uniform finishes?

Your pool equipment does a lot behind the scenes to keep your water clean, clear, and ready to enjoy. 💦 But a few simple checks can make a big difference in how efficiently everything runs.
⚙️ Watch your pressure gauge: An 8–10 PSI increase from your normal clean-filter pressure is a good sign that it’s time to rinse or backwash your filter.
💨 Optimize your pump speed: Variable-speed pumps can operate at lower RPMs for longer periods, helping improve filtration while using significantly less energy.
💧 Protect your water level: Keep your water around the middle of the skimmer opening so your system can properly pull water and maintain circulation.
Taking care of the little things can help your equipment run efficiently and keep your pool ready when you are.
📌 Make sure you save this post for later—you’ll want these tips when it’s time to check your equipment!
