Lake Forest. A primary bath rebuilt around the light it gets each morning.

The vanity sits in light oak with brass cup pulls. A single basin under a backlit rectangular mirror. Two cage-shade sconces overhead. The window was placed to catch the trees behind the house. An arched doorway opens through to the water closet, the only curve in an otherwise rectilinear room.

We design and build with one team in-house. Designer, project manager, carpenters, finishers. The same people draw the room, run the schedule, and put their initials on the punch list.
