Updated an existing Irrigation PVB.
Moved the shut off from the 3/4 feed in the ceiling to the 1 inch feed near the meter.
Used a valve that has a built in hose bib for the seasonal winterization.

Today’s project was replacing a water softener.
Merle’s Water Conditioning is my supplier/ trade partner. They allow me access to a better quality softener that is programmed to the exact water conditioning challenges of my clients home. Instead of a one fits all approach that the big boxes offer.

This clients faucet was leaking below. It would not come apart nicely. So we moved to plan B

Putting a clients home back together after water mitigation. The original Pedestal sink had been installed without the wall cleat. Very lucky nobody pulled sink off onto themselves.

I need to do a better job documenting the projects with before images. The client experienced a bladder failure in their pressure tank, which has now been replaced with a new setup that provides consistent water pressure.

This was a 2006 model that decided to leak randomly. The average life of an electric heater 15 years

2004 Water Heater, still working. But water heaters don't last more than 12-15 years on average. Client decided to make it a planned event instead of an urgent one.
