Most roofers install and disappear. We have been working on that problem.

A roof is the biggest thing protecting your house, and then it just sits there for twenty years with nobody looking at it. Small things turn into big things quietly. A popped screw, a dried out boot, a couple of shingles that came loose in a storm nobody remembers.

So Leslie built a roof maintenance program. Scheduled checks, the small repairs handled before they grow, and you go to the front of the line when weather comes through. It is the kind of thing you find on a car and almost never on a roof.

When you call us, you get someone who takes an honest look, answers your questions, and leaves you a written estimate within a day or two. No one is going to sit at your kitchen table until you sign. Some of you have known this name your whole life. For everybody else, hello.

Don Reed started building in Lake City in 1973. His daughter Leslie grew up on those job sites and knew by about age twelve that this was the work she wanted. She is the licensed building contractor now. Her husband Paul is the licensed roofer. Same family, same town, 53 years later.

We do roofing and we do construction, and we have never been much for advertising. Most of our work has come from somebody telling their neighbor. We figured it was time to show up here too, so you can see the work as it happens.
