Our crew at Welch Site Work & Asphalt Paving went to work, stripping all 5 acres, cutting down the subgrade, moving dirt, and completely reshaping the property to create a level homesite with proper drainage! 🚜
💥 Here’s where smart dirt work SAVED this homeowner BIG MONEY!
By strategically burying the stripped material and utilizing the dirt already on-site, we were able to generate approximately 200 LOADS OF FILL DIRT to build the new house pad and by cutting the hills and relocating that dirt, approximately 600-700 LOADS! That’s almost 1,000 LOADS OF DIRT that was transferred around for this project!💰
