We’re growing at Rinker Inc. and looking for talented people to join our team! We’re currently hiring for three skilled-trade positions: Generator Service Technician, Electrician, and Propane & Natural Gas Technician.

⚙️Generator Service Technician - Hands-on position servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential standby generators. Ideal for someone with generator, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, automotive, or small-engine experience who is dependable, mechanically inclined, and wants to grow their skills.

⚡Electrician - Residential and light commercial electrical position focused on installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and standby generator electrical work. We’re looking for an experienced electrician who takes pride in quality workmanship, can work independently, and is comfortable working directly with customers.

🔥Propane and Natural Gas Technician - Hands-on position focused on propane and natural gas systems supporting residential standby generator installations and service. We’re looking for an experienced technician with strong troubleshooting skills, a CDL with Hazmat endorsement, and a commitment to quality work and customer service.

Our technicians need to be able to work independently, troubleshoot problems, assess what a job requires, communicate with customers, and make sound decisions from start to finish.

Qualifications:

- 3–5+ years of relevant trade experience
- Strong technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills relevant to the position
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good judgment and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and cross-train

This is a hands-on field position focused primarily on residential electrical work and standby generator installations. The ideal candidate has residential electrical experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working directly with customers. Experience with the electrical side of residential generator installations is strongly preferred. We are also looking for someone who is willing to learn and cross-train in other areas of our business as opportunities arise.

What We're Looking For:
