Good morning everyone. Summer is in full swing and I'm just hopping on to say yes we are still here. I know no pictures or anything for a very long time. Truth is between hooking up with a house flipper and getting a new house, I really haven't found the time to sit and pop up photos. Ill throw up ones that I have taken in the past year.
