Two new Eva-Last Infinity decks, four season room is all repaired, and a hugeee staircase. Looking so good with all new windows and siding as well. The siding crew has been on this house for a while so took some time to get finished pictures of our decks 🤠

Lots of action on Deer Lake Project! Replaced all gutters and downspouts with black gutters and gutter guards, removed two old vents for microwave and alarm, soft washed house, painted house with Sherwin Williams WoodScapes Black Alder, sanded and painted front door with Sherwin Williams Emerald Sun Dried Tomato, extended radon line over roofline to meet code, replaced five casement windows, and installed new trim on inside and outside. We will stain the exterior pressure treated trim later after it has dried out. The basement and chimney will be parged & painted soon

Tons of work this week at the Cedar makeover! Demo of two decks, replaced the rear rim of house, removed four slider doors, installed one new slider door, reframed three other openings for windows, repaired t-111 and applied flashing to protect everything until house wrap and siding go up, and built a brand new 8’x24’ deck. Tomorrow we will start framing the new front deck so stay tuned!
