🎨 Modern black & white finish — black posts, beams & fascia paired with crisp white roof panels
📐 Roof mounted with L raised brackets — for extra clearance and taller, more open ceiling height
🔩 Engineered for durability — 2 structural posts anchored directly into the slab at the front corners, rest supported via roof attachment
💡 6 recessed LED lights evenly spaced through the ceiling + wiring for a ceiling fan — power extended from existing outlets with surface-mounted conduit, so we didn’t touch a single inch of stucco
