Three homes, three different approaches, all built with the same attention to craftsmanship.

Now that all three homes at Canyon No. 3 are officially on the market, we thought it was time to look back at how they came together. Each was custom-built to respond to its setting and has a distinct point of view. From the warm, modern 4,575-square-foot home at 1376 Tennis Club Drive, to 1331 Berryman’s 1.31-acre lot, layered interiors, and indoor-outdoor living, and 1341 Berryman’s New England country estate-inspired architecture, single-level layout, and tailored w**e room.

We welcomed guests inside for an evening of design, conversation, and views that make this Encinitas hillside setting so special. From the warm interiors to the outdoor spaces, it was a pleasure to see everyone experience the home in person.
