Meet Jesus Alfredo Rodriguez Fuentes, Enhancement Crewmember, who has been part of the EdenScapes team for nearly six months.

Jesus enjoys every aspect of his work and says there’s always something interesting to learn, especially while working alongside such a talented team.

He’s proud of the growth he’s made since joining EdenScapes and of being recognized for his hard work. Outside of work, Jesus enjoys watching aquarium videos and describes himself as someone who loves learning about just about everything.

His outlook on life is simple but powerful: “Erase ‘I can’t’ from your mind and replace it with ‘nothing is impossible.’

Even though we already start at 6:30 AM, this group of guys choose to come in an hour early at 5:30 once a week to do a Bible study. Today was the second time that it was a rain day, so they were not going to work, and they came anyways because they wanted to be at Bible study! We have an awesome group of men working at EdenScapes!

Check out how much personality landscaping adds to a property!

This new-build had plenty going for it…
But a yard that hadn’t caught up yet.

With so much open lawn and white brick, the front felt a little too exposed. We brought in trees for height, layered planting to soften the architecture, and a stronger walkway to give the entry more presence.

Now the landscape holds its own, and the whole property makes a much stronger first impression! 💪

Water conservation isn’t just about using less water. It’s about using it better.

In Louisiana, that means paying attention to irrigation, soil, plant selection, drainage, and changing weather conditions throughout the year.

Our team looks for things like overspray, dry spots, overwatered beds, clogged heads, runoff, and areas where the landscape may need a different approach altogether.

Sometimes the fix is as simple as adjusting a zone or changing a watering schedule. Other times, better soil, mulch, or more appropriate plant material can make a noticeable difference.

The goal is to keep the landscape healthy without wasting water where it isn’t needed.

Good water management should be part of everyday landscape maintenance - and with EdenScapes, it most definitely is.
