Happy Boss’s Day to the two men behind Cajun Fencing! 🤍

Chance and Drew, thank you for everything you do, not just for this company, but for the people who make it what it is. The long days, hard work, and sacrifices behind the scenes never go unnoticed.

You’ve built so much more than just a business. You’ve created a place where people feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow. That speaks volumes about the kind of leaders and people you are.

We are incredibly fortunate to have two bosses who genuinely care about their employees, their customers, and the future of this company.

Thank you both for leading by example, believing in your people, and putting your hearts into everything you do.

We appreciate you more than you know. Happy Boss’s Day! 🤍

Gavin got a little too wound up, he had to take a little break for a minute🙃

Nothing like seeing Chance pull up to make Gavin suddenly remember he's supposed to be working. 😭
