We use the latest equipment in dust-less sanding technology, use low VOC (low odor) finishes, and go through all the required steps to provide each floor with the best results achievable. We typically exceed expectations, and count on receiving referrals based on results. Almost all of our work

is confined to residential remodeling and new construction, where experience, complete understanding of the home owner's objectives, patience and attention to detail are critical. We are a small company intent on remaining small on purpose. When you hire us, you are working with the owners of the company. We want to leave you completely satisfied with the job. Absolute 🔥🔥

We took this 1,000 square foot prefinished floor with a beveled aluminum oxide finish all the way back to raw wood and finished it with a beautiful English Chestnut hardwax oil.

Hardwax oil doesn’t create a thick plastic coating on top of the wood. Instead, it penetrates into the wood fibers while protecting the surface, leaving a rich, natural look that highlights the character of the floor.

One of the biggest advantages is long term maintenance. Instead of another full sand and refinish years down the road, these floors can typically be cleaned, maintained, and repaired as needed. With proper care, this floor should look incredible for decades.
