Every room was intentionally designed to balance warmth, scale, and simplicity. Soft natural light, handcrafted details, and a restrained material palette work together to create spaces that feel both elevated and effortlessly livable. Steel, glass, and warm timber starting to come together.

This connecting corridor is becoming more than just circulation, it’s turning into an experience of light, shadow, and framed views between spaces. The exposed structure and grid ceiling detail will bring rhythm and warmth while the steel windows keep the connection to the outdoors front and center.

One of those spaces that already feels special even while under construction.
