Meet one our latest design concept, the Steamboat. Designed for families who want room to gather and room to breathe. A vaulted front porch opens straight into a two story family room, the kind of space made for big trees at Christmas and slow Sunday mornings with coffee.
 
The main floor keeps everyone connected, with an open kitchen and dining area, a private office, and a main floor bedroom suite that’s perfect for guests or multigenerational living. Upstairs, the owner’s suite feels like its own retreat with a barn door leading into the bath, a soaking tub, and a walk-in closet built to actually use. Two more bedrooms and a loft round out the second floor.
 
And for the garage lovers, this one comes with both a two-car garage/shop and an RV garage, because you need somewhere to keep the toys too.

Meet the Telluride, a new plan that we can’t stop talking about around here.

From the moment you pull up, that timber frame gable draws you in and sets the tone for what’s inside. Exposed trusses, warm wood, and a stone chimney gives the whole front of the home so much character. Step inside and the living and dining space opens up under soaring vaulted ceilings, the kind of room that makes a house feel like a home the second you walk in.

The layout just makes sense too. A private owner’s suite tucked away on its own side, two more bedrooms on the opposite wing for everyone else, and a kitchen made for gathering around. Add in multiple covered porches for morning coffee, evening sunsets, or anywhere in between, and a walkout lower level with room to grow into down the road, and you’ve got a home built for real life.
