It's been 8 years since Lee Faul came onboard with EPS as a Commercial Inspections Apprentice. He quickly rose through the ranks and is now Lead Commercial Inspector.

Lee quickly worked his way up at EPS, becoming one of our most efficient and skillful Inspectors many years ago. Inspecting vast complicated systems such as Lafayette General and Stuller Settings. Adam has been in our industry for a long time. He quickly worked his way up at EPS, becoming one of our most efficient and skillful technicians many moons ago. His vast industry knowledge and communication skills called him into the office as a service advisor. Nowadays, if you've got a problem with your system - Adam's typically the one walking you through how to fix it.

If you’ve ever called EPS for service, there’s a good chance you’ve experienced Eric’s patience, professionalism, and customer-first attitude firsthand. As our Service Manager, Eric is the anchor of our service department and a huge part of what keeps things running smoothly day in and day out.

While the job may occasionally make him want to pull the very last hair out of his bald head, you’d never know it from the way he takes care of our customers. Eric always maintains a calm, positive, and helpful tone — even on the busiest days.

One of the things that makes Eric so valuable is his commitment to solving problems the right way. While many companies immediately dispatch a technician and interrupt a customer’s workday or family time, Eric and his team go above and beyond to troubleshoot issues over the phone whenever possible to save our customers time and frustration.

Beyond his decades of industry experience and leadership, Eric is simply one of the best people to have around the office. He keeps the team laughing, brings great energy to the workplace, and leads by example every single day.

Today, we’re celebrating 9 years with Josh Maturin!

If you’ve worked with Electronic Protection Systems, there’s a good chance you’ve crossed paths with Josh at some point over the years. Whether he’s assisting on an installation, helping troubleshoot a difficult service call, training up new technicians, answering phones to help our customer service team, or stepping in wherever he’s needed most — Josh is the definition of dependable.

As our Field Supervisor, Josh wears a lot of hats, and he wears them well. His talent, work ethic, problem-solving ability, and willingness to help wherever needed make him an invaluable part of our team.

More importantly, Josh represents the kind of person we’re proud to have at EPS — hardworking, humble, team-oriented, and always willing to go the extra mile for both our customers and coworkers.
