I am a Sr. Project Manager with That One Construction Company. I am currently taking on side projects to fill out my schedule this year. I have over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and I have a wealth of knowledge on many different trades. I specialize in roofing and siding but have extensive experience in tile work, framing, finish carpentry and trim work, flooring, complete bathroom remodels, deck building, light electrical, light plumbing, cabinet/vanity building, sheetrock hanging and finishing, painting, pressure washing and gutter cleaning. Good morning Colorado,
As we head into this gorgeous day, many homeowners aren't thinking about the integrity of their roofing systems. With the abundant sunshine and lack of rain, leaky roofs are far from our minds. The issue with that is many, many Colorado homes have suffered hail damage to their roofs with last summer's hailstorms. This damage often goes unnoticed because there are no visible leaks inside the home. Unfortunately, just because there are no visible leaks or visible damage from the ground, doesn't mean that the roofing system isn't leaking or on the verge of leaking.
