Hey there—I’m Lexy Alvarez, owner of this small but mighty foundation repair company based out of Lafayette, Indiana. I’ve been a little MIA on this page (life, right?), so I just wanted to hop on here and reintroduce myself!
We’re a locally owned, family-run business proudly serving all of Indiana. Yes, we’re small—but that’s our superpower. When you call Sun-Ray, you’re getting the owner (hi, that’s me!) and my amazing partner, not some giant call center or mystery estimator. We personally write every quote, going over every detail so we can plan ahead and avoid surprise issues down the road. Think of it as the opposite of “winging it.”
Now, full disclosure: I’m not the one doing the heavy lifting—that’s my partner’s department. But I am behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly, and that our customers are treated like family. We approach every job like we’re working on our own home—with care, integrity, and a little bit of elbow grease (okay, a lot of it).
