Some exciting news to share...

The Ahtna–Target Joint Venture has been shortlisted for the 2026 World Demolition Awards in the Explosive Demolition of the Year category.

Awards are great, but what makes us proud is the people behind them. Every person who helped plan, prepare, and safely complete this project had a hand in this recognition.

Not every day on a demolition project is about bringing a building down.

This week at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center, our crew completed another important step in preparing Building for demolition by removing overhead utility infrastructure.

A lot of work happens before demolition ever begins, and every step is carefully planned to keep the project moving safely and efficiently.

Great work by everyone involved!

One piece at a time.

That’s how these massive steel storage tanks come down.

Our crews are making great progress dismantling the tanks safely while working through each phase of the project. It takes teamwork, planning, and skilled operators to carefully remove structures of this size.

It’s always rewarding to step back and see the progress from a different perspective. These drone photos really show the scale of the work.
