🎣 WE’RE HOOKED ON OUR SPONSORS! ❤️

Through three tournament dates, two weather reschedules and one very determined tropical storm, these incredible businesses have continued to stand behind the NHBA Fishing Tournament.

Talk about having a lot on the LINE! 🎣😂

Our sponsors could not have been more gracious, flexible and supportive throughout every change—and we want our members and community to return that support.

🏆 Presenting: Abita Lumber | Interior Exterior Building Supply

🔨 Craftsman: James Hardie | HomeBuilders Self Insurers Fund| Trex | Southern Pipe & Supply

🏡 Farmhouse: Bevolo Gas & Electric Lights

🏠 Bungalow: Audubon Landscape (Audubon Pools) | Angling Adventures | Ameriprise Financial| ELP Engineered Lumber Partners | Gaiennie Lumber Company | HBA EZBuild | M & M M&M Glass Company, LLC | Ply Gem | Simpson Strong-Tie

❤️ SHOP THEM. HIRE THEM. REFER THEM. FOLLOW THEM.

These are businesses that invest in our industry, our association and the events that bring our community together.

Let’s return the favor and support the businesses that support NHBA!

And to our sponsors: Thank you for continuing to go with the flow. 🌊 We promise we’re trying to get these anglers on the water! 😂

🎣 THIRD TIME’S A CHARM… RIGHT?! 🍀

Apparently, Mother Nature really wants to test just how badly we want to fish! 😂

Our NHBA Fishing Tournament was originally set for October 2, moved to October 9 because of weather, and now—with a tropical storm joining the party—we’re moving it ONE. MORE. TIME.

🎣 NEW DATE: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16! 🎣

So… are you feeling lucky? 🍀 Because we’re betting the third time’s the charm, and we are READY to finally get out on the water!

Same tournament. Same friendly competition. Same bragging rights. Just (hopefully 🤞) a much better fishing day with everyone's safety in mind!

To everyone who has rolled with the changes, THANK YOU! We know rescheduling isn’t easy, and we truly appreciate our anglers, sponsors and volunteers sticking with us. Even if the weather turns out beautiful...again...the Rigolets may have tough water conditions and flooded parking lots😲

If you haven't registered, this is your lucky break! Register at: https://business.northshorehba.org/events/Details/fishing-tournament-presented-by-abita-lumber-company-interior-exterior-bldg-supply-1503791?sourceTypeId=Hub

Now somebody please tell Mother Nature that October 16 is BOOKED. 😂

🎣 FISHING TOURNAMENT UPDATE! 🎣

Due to the forecast for inclement weather, the NHBA Fishing Tournament has been rescheduled!

📅 New Date: Friday, October 9th
📍 Location: Rigolets Marina

The safety of our anglers, vendors, volunteers, sponsors, and guests comes first, and we want to make sure everyone has the best possible experience!

👏🏼Captain’s Dinner will still be held as scheduled:
Wednesday, September 30th | 5:00–7:00 PM
📍 Abita Brew Pub

Unless you hear otherwise, all other tournament details and arrangements will remain the same — just moved back one week.

Registration will remain open through October 8th, so there’s still time to get signed up and spread the word!
