Forest Homes of Lake Wallenpaupack, Inc. Forest Homes of Lake Wallenpaupack was founded in 1997 by husband and wife building team Kevin and M Forest Homes of Lake Wallenpaupack, Inc.

is owned and operated by Kevin and Maria Coutts. The
Coutts family has been involved in building and developing around the Lake Wallenpaupack area for
more than 50 years. As members of the National Association of Home Builders and the Pennsylvania
Builders Association, they also are active in the Pike and Wayne chapters and often participate in local
trainings and Home Shows. Kevin and Maria have

received Builder of the Year awards through the Forest
Homes network of builders 5 different years. Their dedication to helping other builders within the Forest
Homes network is unquestionable.
