This week we'd like to introduce you to Austin Hathaway, one of our amazing and joyful HVAC Service Techs. Austin fills our office with laughter and has rescued us from unpleasant temperatures more than once, so we can vouch for his handiwork. 😄

The pipe swung down and dumped everything all over Doug, but he still refused to let go of my ladder because he was worried I’d fall. I ended up hosing him off in the mall parking lot and sending him home for the day—with pay, of course.
