🌳 From the conference to the field.
Over the past several weeks, we've introduced Peachtree Landscape to the four Core Values that help define how we show up every day:

🔥 Hungry
💪 Go to Battle
These values were introduced during our Annual Leadership Conference in August, where leaders from across the company came together to prepare for the year ahead.
This year's conference also introduced a new core focus:
Our future is growing people and cultivating landscapes.
Leadership spent time setting 1-, 3-, and 10-year goals, beginning the implementation of EOS, discussing new retention programs, and working through round-table conversations on sales, customer retention, and other areas that will help us continue moving forward.
And yes—there was time to have some fun too! 🏎️ The team enjoyed an evening at Andretti's in Dallas before heading back to the work of preparing for the future.
Now, those plans come back to the people who make it happen every day.
