Early morning meet up with Genaro from DW Framing Inc. at our 2nd floor addition project in San Carlos. We are installing a california fill roof to seamlessly tie in the addition to the existing home. A california fill roof is a framing method where a new roof intersects and is built over an existing roof. This will ensure the addition will look like it was part of the original build. This will involve extending the skylight from the existing roof to the new roof. We love this stuff!

Ran to the landfill this morning to unload the trailer.

My daughter's first time at the landfill getting to see all the cool Caterpillar machinery! She also got to run the controller on the dump trailer ♥️

Fun times!
