We have some exciting news…it’s bittersweet, but we are all very excited!
After careful consideration, we have chose to semi-retire. What this means is—-We have sold the gravel production/crushing part of our business, but have retained all the trucks and the equipment to continue excavation services. (Hence the semi-retire).
The new owners are a very reputable and a dependable company, who most already know and have been on the mountaintop doing excavation services for many years-Matt & Cindy Preslar of Preslar Dirtworks.
We will remain on site for a while-to aide in the training and transition of the gravel production portion. As demand is needed we will also continue to be on site to help Matt with any deliveries.
It has been a wonderful 37 years, but it’s time to attempt to slow down a bit to enjoy life but as we all know-complete retirement is not in some people’s vocabulary.. we will always have something going on.
So we will still be around for excavation, road maintenance and to help with gravel deliveries that Matt might need our assistance with.
We have greatly enjoyed our time providing the mountaintop with gravel. And we thank everyone for being an intricate part of our success all these years. There are amazing people up here-long time friends and new business acquaintances that became friends.
Matt will continue crushing to ensure the mountain still gets the best gravel in the county and we will still be around to haul, spread and maintain.
Thank you all for an amazing 37 years.. here’s to what the future holds.
