Another productive day nearing completion on our project in Harriman TN. Our workmans comp insurance inspection was a success, confirming our commitment to safety and compliance and reflecting our .93 EMR rating. This brings us one step closer to handing over a quality build. We're feeling great about the progress and the positive outcome of the inspection. Looking forward to wrapping up this project!

Sometimes the leak isn't the roof but we still have to do some investigating to make sure. We were called out to check a leak on a recent roof we installed and couldn't find any deficiencies in our roof. So we removed an inspection cover on the HVAC unit and a large volume of water was found in the unit from a blocked or damaged drain system. A call to their hvac service company and they will be taken care of and the roof is still performing as intended

Got called in to complete another roofers job last week. Just got finished installing 2 layers Carlisle Insulbase Poly ISO and Carlisle WIP 300HT to get it watertight until we can get the 1.75" double lock standing seam installed this week, Carlisle SynTec Systems

Duties and Responsibilities
System Installation: Install shingle, metal panel, and single-ply roofing systems.
Surface Preparation: Remove old roofs, clear debris, and apply weatherproof bases.
Safety Compliance: Erect scaffolding, secure ladders, and utilize fall protection gear daily.
Site Management: Clean workspace tools and debris to maintain safety.
Job Requirements
Experience: Proven hands-on experience with single-ply, shingles, or metal roofing.
Physical Fitness: Must help team-lift up to 400 lbs or lift 75 lbs individually.
Stamina: Ability to perform heavy manual labor in extreme hot and cold weather.
Working Heights: Comfortable working on steep pitches, high ladders, and scaffolding

An improperly flashed chimney is a common issue we see with residential roofs, corner flashings relying on caulk will always be a future maintenance item, one that we try to eliminate so we utilize folded and seamed flashings with riglet counter flashing to maximize the maintenance free lifespan of the roof
