Building the Next Generation | 2026 Noble Summer Internship

Another summer of learning, growth, and hands-on experience is officially in the books!

This year, Noble welcomed 11 college interns and 5 high school interns for the 2026 Noble Summer Internship Program, giving students the opportunity to step beyond the classroom and gain meaningful, real-world experience alongside our teams.

Throughout the summer, our college interns worked across Noble’s operations, gaining firsthand exposure to the people, processes, and teamwork behind the construction industry. To close out their experience, they delivered their final presentations to Noble leadership, sharing what they learned, the projects they contributed to, and how they grew throughout the summer.

Our high school interns also gained valuable exposure to the construction industry, explored different career paths, and learned directly from professionals across Noble.

The summer concluded with our Noble Internship Graduation Ceremony, where we celebrated both our college and high school interns and recognized the hard work, curiosity, and commitment they brought to the program.

A special thank you to Alberto Treviño III, Texas Workforce Commissioner, and Dr. Robert H. Vela Jr., President of Texas A&M University-Kingsville, for joining us as our distinguished guests of honor and helping make this year’s graduation celebration even more meaningful.

To our 2026 interns, thank you for the energy, enthusiasm, and fresh perspectives you brought to Noble. We are proud to have been part of your journey and hope the experiences, relationships, and lessons from this summer stay with you wherever you go next.

Meet University Intern, Daniel Quiroz Jr.!

Daniel is a UTRGV graduate with his Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity and Master’s in Informatics. As a University IT Intern at Noble, he plays a key role in supporting our team and site operations. His main summer project focuses on conducting a software gap analysis by surveying Noble employees to evaluate software usage, while also managing hands-on field IT setups like Starlink satellite units, TVs, and security cameras.

Under the direct mentorship of IT Technician Mark Valenzuela, Daniel has been gaining hands-on, real-world experience in daily tech operations, network setups, and systems maintenance throughout the summer. We are proud to support dedicated students like Daniel as they apply their technical expertise to drive real impact across our team and job sites.

A new destination has landed at San Antonio International Airport, and it’s worth raising a glass to. 🥂✈️

Noble is proud to celebrate the grand opening of The Alamo Tequila Bar in Terminal A at San Antonio International Airport, another exciting project now complete!

Congratulations to Chef Johnny Hernandez on this incredible new space, and a special thank you to HMSHost for continuing to trust Noble to bring your projects to life.

We’re also grateful to our project team and trade partners for the hard work, coordination, and commitment it took to get this one across the finish line. Every detail reflects the teamwork behind it.

Noble Charities is proud to become a corporate partner of the American Heart Association in San Antonio. Through this partnership, we are helping advance their annual Heart Walk event and other year-round initiatives focused on heart health, education and stronger communities.

Some of the biggest wins happen long before game day. 🏈

Noble Texas Builders was recently recognized with the UTRGV Career Center's Champion Employer Award at Robert & Janet Vackar Stadium, home of Vaqueros football, for its continued investment in UTRGV students through recruiting, internships and career development.
Since 2019, Noble has taken part in UTRGV Career & Internship Expos, helping connect Vaqueros with meaningful career opportunities. Today, approximately 60% of the company's workforce is made up of UTRGV alumni, while current students continue to gain valuable hands-on experience through internships.
Following the award presentation, 20 UTRGV students toured the stadium, met with company leaders and explored careers in the construction industry.

Noble's work on Robert & Janet Vackar Stadium has also earned national recognition, receiving both the National Excellence in Construction® Eagle Award and the prestigious National Innovation Award at the 2026 ABC Convention.

Congratulations to Noble Texas Builders on this well-deserved recognition and thank you for helping prepare the next generation of Vaquero professionals.

Travel just got a little sweeter at San Antonio International Airport! 🧁✈️

Noble was proud to celebrate the grand opening of Bakery Lorraine in Terminal B, giving passengers a new place to enjoy handcrafted macarons, French pastries, viennoiseries, coffee, and grab-and-go favorites before takeoff.

This opening marks another milestone among the many restaurant and concession projects Noble is delivering throughout SAT, helping bring more of San Antonio’s local flavors and nationally recognized culinary talent to travelers.

Congratulations to Chef Johnny Hernandez and the entire group of culinary partners helping elevate the dining experience at SAT.
