A little aerial footage of one of our latest new builds. Framing is complete, and the ZIP System sheathing is on both the walls and roof deck. Things are moving right along and this one is starting to come together.

Next up is mechanicals, and hopefully we’ll be setting windows soon. More updates to come.

Someone say rafters? 👀

Big day on this new construction home as the crew swung in all the roof rafters and really started bringing this one to life.

It’s always exciting when a project reaches the point where you can finally start to see the layout, the rooflines, and the overall vision come together. A few months ago this was just a set of plans, and now it’s starting to look like a home.

The guys made quick work of it today, and the progress is looking awesome. Looking forward to sharing more updates as this build continues.

Another roof wrapped up in La Crosse, WI. 🤘🏽

This homeowner went with the new GAF Timberline HDZ color “Chestnut Valley” and it turned out unreal in the sunlight. We paired it with GAF Tiger Paw underlayment and StormGuard ice & water shield for long-term protection against Wisconsin weather.

Westby, WI got hit HARD. It’s nothing like we’ve ever seen before.
