This weeks update.
We started and finished a water damage repair for a retirement home. Started working on building out a new room for Homewood suites by Hilton. This room will become the elevator room. Pushing forwards on this water proof deck system. Almost ready to install the decking material. Started a new whole home update. This includes new LVP flooring, carpets base boards, casing, painting the cabinets, new sink and faucet, new vanity, new cabinets in the laundry room, full interior paint and exterior paint, siding and trim repair. Redoing the columns that hold up the patio cover and possibly epoxy floors in the garage. We also are waiting to start another kitchen renovation as the cabinetry is being built. Lots going on with Martin Construction and 208 Mud Slingers. We are also working on putting together PM Networking and Media devision as well. We have a new contract we will be installing a new full security setup for a storage unit facility.
