We are currently recruiting full-time Concrete Coating Technicians/Laborers to join our team in Boise, Idaho!
The Xtreme Epoxy Idaho is a family-owned and operated business established in 2010. We specialize in concrete restoration, concrete polishing, epoxy coatings, and other elegant concrete finishes.
We work with builders, general contractors, and residential clients.
Job duties will include cutting joints, demolition of old flooring systems, preparing and cleaning concrete, installation of epoxy coatings, and using a variety of hand-held and power tools.
We are looking for a dependable, punctual person with a positive attitude that demonstrates a good work ethic. Our ideal candidate is someone who has good attention to detail, works well with others, and is eager to learn.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the field is preferred but not required (we will train the right person!)
- Knowledge of hand-held and power tools including polishers, saws, and edging tools (preferred)
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Valid driver's license/vehicle registration
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift heavy materials
Starting pay: $17-25/hour DOE
