From old to new…Had an awesome time remodeling this bathroom! Lots of hard work and lots of thinking to get this complete! Started off with the demolition of the whole bath tub area, then installed everything new from the studs out! Gave the rest of the bathroom a vamp up too! Still some small finishing work here and there.. but turned out looking amazing! Thank you Logan Maloney for the work and it’s always a pleasure doing business😎 💪

Drywall coming along great! Fully drywalled an attic in the house renovation. Also started the first coat of mud and tape. Lots of progress! Lots of great work getting done! Leave it up to my partner and I to get jobs done well!

Did a bunch of demo work in this property. Lots of hard work. I'll be posting pictures soon with what this place looks like now! Pretty much all dry walled up and mudded for the most part. Stay tuned!

Did a big demo job and started to put up some new drywall. Lots of progress! Even with messed up framing, I still always manage to find ways to get the job done!💪💯 Many more photos to come soon!

I painted this whole apartment awhile back! I also just recently did some remodeling like new paint, some new appliances, a good clean down. Put up a new mirror and wired in a new light fixture. Getting the place prepped, cleaned, and looking fresh😏 for the new tenant!!

These are the small little details that could make a paint job look good, or look great! It takes a little bit of extra time.. but it is the difference between, "yeah, thats a good paint job" and "wow, that looks great!" Pay attention to the small details! It could make all the difference of whether your work looks okay or great!! Finish painting pics coming soon!

Porch rebuild! Tore down the old steps and stringers and put up news steps and stringers. Ripped up the whole porch and had to relevel it all. Put new posts up and new plywood down. And put lattice up to tie it all together. Took me 3 days and a job well done!!!
