The cucumbers are really hitting their stride!

We even got our first Arminian Yard-Long cucumber! (It’s the super long one in the basket) They are my favorite cucumbers to pick because they are fuzzy like a peach instead of prickly. A few of the Muncher cucumbers got forgotten on the vine longer than they should have… oops! On a side note, who knows a really good relish recipe?

Farmstand is Open 9am to 6pm TODAY August 29th!

On the stand today I have “Oopsie” Chocolate Chip Cookies for just $3 per 3pack, they are still the same delicious recipe but they didn’t turn out quite right, Banana Bread loaves with Chocolate Chips or Pecans as well as Mint Tea Medley and Garlic grown and dried right here at LarkBird Homestead!

Happy Friday! The farmstand is open now until 5pm this evening unless we get rained out!

New this week we have Cucumbers! They are in a bucket of water to keep them cool and crisp, and there’s a hand towel next to them for drying.

We also have Maple Brownsugar Cookies and Banana Bread available with Chocolate Chips or Pecans, as well as Cherry Tomatoes!

On Saturday August 15th, we will also have Sandwich Bread and Italian Herb Rolls.

We have Cinnamon Rolls, Sandwich Bread, Banana Bread, Maple Brownsugar Cookies, and Chocolate Chip Cookies along with Cherry Tomatoes, Loose Leaf Mint Tea, Onions and Garlic.

The Farmstand is open now till 5pm this evening so come by and grab a little pick-me-up to get through today or to finish off your week!

I’ve got Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips or Pecans, Maple Brownsugar Cookies, and Chocolate Chip Cookies baked fresh in the wee hours this morning.

Great news! We are halfway through the week! That means in a few days, The Farmstand will be open! We’re gonna be open Friday AND Saturday, from 9am till 5pm! Remember all preorders are due tonight for pick up this weekend.

Friday we will have both Chocolate Chip Cookies and Maple Brownsugar Cookies(my husband’s favorite) as well as Banana Bread (with Chocolate Chips or Pecans) in our regular half sized loaf and in SNACK SIZE pans with spoons!

Saturday we will have White Sandwich Bread and Classic Cinnamon Rolls on the stand!
