We so appreciate this review from recent custom home clients-

“Choosing a builder for our first custom home was a big decision, and we were
naturally a little nervous about the process. From our very first meeting
with Deron and Kim at Jaggers Construction, however, we knew we had found the right team. The most critical factor for us was trust, and they earned it from the get-go. They have an unwavering commitment to integrity and doing things right, which gave us immense peace of mind.

Throughout the entire journey, they served as invaluable guides. They helped us with everything, from picking the perfect subcontractors to selecting
products that aligned with our vision. Their expertise was crucial in
helping us make informed decisions that would stand the test of time.

Even when we hit the inevitable bumps in the road, Deron and Kim were there,
problem-solving and finding solutions that worked for everyone. Their
ability to work through challenges with us, rather than just for us, made
all the difference. Their entire crew, including their main team members
like Scott, Adam, Ben, and Max, and all their subcontractors, were
professional, kind, and excellent at what they do.

Thanks to Deron, Kim, and the entire Jaggers Construction team, we didn't
just build a house-we built our dream home. We couldn't be more thankful and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering a custom build.”

We all held our breath the day this beauty arrived on the job site all crated up. Dreamed up by our homeowner and crafted far away, heavy is an understatement….but oh my goodness! Look at this hood! It’s a showstopper!

We are delighted with how this tile feature wall turned out! Kim worked with our customers on this design and it turned out even prettier than we envisioned! It’s so fun to put the “custom” in our custom homes!!

Congratulations to our project manager, Adam Townsend, and sweet wife, Kara, on the arrival of their handsome son, Jack! He arrived a little early and our prayers are with them for a short NICU stay! What a blessing babies are!

The house is framing and we are dreaming of all the memories our customers will make with this view. Can you imagine the fall? Oh, and those mountains covered in snow?! How we love building custom homes in East Tennessee.

Beautiful symmetry. Clean lines. Details that become art.
