Second time building these plans. Same investor—different renter, different neighborhood, and a new challenge.

This lot’s slope pushed us to get creative, so we added a 5th bedroom above the garage to take advantage of the tall ceiling space.

We know we’re not always great at posting updates — especially the “in-between” ones. Not everyone loves seeing the messy middle of a build, but hey, it’s all part of the process!✨
