HVAC Service Technician / Installer Assistant

Hot & Cold Air Co. is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work, values honesty, and is committed to delivering top-notch service to customers.
We’re not looking for someone who wants to do the bare minimum. We’re building a team of professionals who care about quality, continuous improvement, and helping customers make informed decisions. If you have strong diagnostic skills and aren’t afraid to jump in and help with installations when needed, we’d like to talk with you!
What You’ll Do:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment.
• Accurately identify system issues and provide repair recommendations.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with homeowners.
• Complete service tickets and documentation accurately.
• Assist with equipment replacements and installations as workload requires.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Represent Hot & Cold Air Co. professionally at all times.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Knowledge of HVAC installation practices preferred.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship.
