The goal isn’t simply to finish construction. It’s to deliver a restaurant that’s ready for the next step.

At Bubba’s 33 Auburn Hills, the project team has been closing out building systems, technology, site work, and trade punch items while working through the remaining requirements for final inspections and turnover.

Every completed system and resolved punch item moves the space closer to being placed in the client’s hands.

A lot is happening behind the walls in Beavercreek. 👀

This week at the new Bubba’s 33, crews tackled FOH and BOH framing, electrical rough-ins, fire alarm and security pre-wire, insulation, plus fire line and domestic water work.

Outside, site work continued with meter pit plumbing, gate posts, and bollards as the build keeps taking shape.

Stay tuned for the next look inside.

A better dining experience begins before the food reaches the table.

For this Kissimmee restaurant, we created an updated interior that feels welcoming, works better for daily service, and gives guests modern conveniences such as brighter LED lighting and built-in USB charging.

The refreshed finishes and layered materials give the client a space designed to make a lasting impression.

Every great restaurant starts long before the first steak hits the grill.
In Muskogee, our crews coordinated footing work, electrical rough-ins, and foundation prep while working around Oklahoma weather.

Tomorrow, we'll wrap up installing the signature cedar walls that help give every Texas Roadhouse its unmistakable character.

Every phase builds on the last, and every detail matters.

👉 👉 Follow along as this ground-up project continues to take shape.
