Our team wrapped up a full interior and exterior renovation in North Charleston, SC, refreshing everything from cedar, tin, flooring and interior finishes to new exterior siding, roofing and architectural details.

Our team is putting the finishing touches on the painting of the gutters, parapet cap, and downspouts. Meanwhile, the roofing crew is busy on-site, working on the dog house roofs and the main building panels. We've scheduled the pickup of all equipment, and the sign company is almost done with installing the smaller signs. Everything's coming together nicely for the exterior tin & skin in Middletown, KY!

Excited to announce another successful project! VMC Facilities just completed a full front-of-house remodel at Texas Roadhouse in Fayetteville, NC.

We enhanced guest spaces with updated finishes, refreshed dining areas, better lighting, custom millwork, and improved functionality, all while keeping that warm, rustic vibe Texas Roadhouse is known for.

From demo to final touches, our team collaborated with the owner and partners to ensure a top-notch renovation that will benefit guests and staff for years. Huge thanks to our amazing project team and everyone involved in making this happen!
