This beauty is a lake house, just not on the water, there's a boat dock in the subdivision. I did the one across the street last winter. I really hoped to have this ready for sanding tomorrow 😢 We should be able to start sanding atleast 🙏 😅 Everything gets crown molding, don't judge me there, lol. Thank you to Lee Stone 🙏

I was able to get this last barrel ceiling done today, yay! This one made me fight for it 😂
It's nice when l do other tasks than putting on trim products or finishing the difficult area's.
I'll be running some mud tomorrow, hopefully, a lot of it.

Big beautiful house we're getting ready to start. I'm over here framing 3 barrel ceilings in, l thought it was just one barrel and 2 arches, lol. Thankful for the work even when I'm fussing, lol. I added 2 pics, l got 2 of the ceilings done ✔️ was reaching for 3, but I'll get home at 3am, hahaha 😆 😂

We started prepping and taping this beauty today.The hangers should be done tomorrow, yay! I personally believe the effort and work behind the tape is crucial for a quality product that will stand the test of time.

I've been working so much l haven't had time for much of anything else. I'm setting up to do patches, and l took a second to get some nice morning pictures of this tiny one, lol.
Sure is a beautiful house.

One of my key builder's closest friends has been tragically lost, leaving two beautiful young girls and his wife behind. This family is one of our own in the local community, and he was a good man and builder. I'm trying to help my friend/builder help this family in any way possible. 5 or 10 dollars can make a difference. I know my friend and the family will genuinely appreciate any support they can receive.

Beautiful view of the lake at a basement project. I appreciate witnessing the flowers 💐 and trees 🌳 flourish. This marks 20 years of serving; I wouldn't rather be anywhere else. Thank you, East Tennessee! It has been a privilege to leave our mark on some of the finest homes in the area.
