This sure will be beautiful when the finish line comes! The beam work is beautiful 😍 l love the great-room, it will have a stone floor with tung and grove in-between the beams, with a double fireplace that will be infront of the swimming pool. We've put a big dent in there, I'm holding off pics till we have more done.

I was down sick a few days and trying hard to catch up. The house with the round areas has been done close to 2 weeks. This other beauty is almost prepped and taped, yay!
The builder put a big commercial AC unit in to start getting water out. Loving it, great to work with someone who sees the importance.
A new 9,000 SF house has 5000 to 12,000 gallons of water trapped in the raw building materials.

Mission accomplished! The stairway is fixed 🙌 30 hours into making it pretty. I took a few more pictures because I may not be back. The owner is a talented man, he and his wife did the beam work and hand rails. He's going to do the drywall touchup, awsome! I'll be back if there's major patches. I did 3 different custom hand textures, framed all the for straight drywall returns. A lot of work and love into this beauty

Starting this beauty Wednesday 🏠.
The great room is mainly timbers and a stone floor, very little drywall in there. I don't know if anyone else marks the floors out, gets framing straight, and puts some love into their work before they start. I do. I believe it's very important and helpful.

This sure is a beautiful home 🏡 Hopefully I'm out of this limbo quickly 🙏 and can get at it. I'm sitting here looking at all the windows l framed for the drywall returns, a lot of effort went in this beauty 😍 I've got the limbo's, 🤣 LOL

The 1st house is a beauty. I did three different custom hand textures in there, some are difficult to see in a picture. I will be there tomorrow doing some difficult work around all the stairway stringers.

The 2nd house is much further along than the pictures I have, she's a beauty aswell 😍

The 3rd house is for a great builder and will be beautiful when done ✔️

I had to put corner bead around the parameters of that round too window in the 2nd house.

I made it to two beautiful homes today and got pic's! We did the 1st house over a year ago, l had to drop materials for the finishers, there's a good amount of patches there.

I would have loved to walk the whole house, but l didn't want to be intrusive. Love the master bathroom, the toilet seat opens when you open the frost door, the other toilet is to clean your bottom, haha 😄
I managed to get the three barrel ceilings done ✔️ Hopefully, they bring the drywall materials tomorrow 🙏 I had hoped for today. This will be a beauty in the end.

This beauty is a lake house, just not on the water, there's a boat dock in the subdivision. I did the one across the street last winter. I really hoped to have this ready for sanding tomorrow 😢 We should be able to start sanding atleast 🙏 😅 Everything gets crown molding, don't judge me there, lol. Thank you to Lee Stone 🙏

I was able to get this last barrel ceiling done today, yay! This one made me fight for it 😂
It's nice when l do other tasks than putting on trim products or finishing the difficult area's.
I'll be running some mud tomorrow, hopefully, a lot of it.
