Doing a repair today...the main reason these shingles are blowing away.
The previous contractors high nailed these shingles, only used 3/4 nails when 5 is required (we use 6) and used an architectural shingle, incorrectly i might add, as a starter ( my finger is where the proper placement of the nails should be).
