Bring on the shade! ☀️

We all appreciate a little relief from the summer sun, but shade structures can do much more than keep us comfortable. Canopies, overhangs, pergolas, and tensile systems can help reduce heat gain, lower cooling demands, and protect a building’s exterior from the elements.

Functional, beautiful—or both—these features show how thoughtful design can make a big difference.

At MBI, collaboration begins early. Our architects, engineers, surveyors, and technical professionals work together to coordinate systems, solve challenges, and keep every part of the design aligned with the client’s vision.
