Serving our clients with integrity in order to form these relationships is in our DNA and is central to our company values. We build more than just excellent homes; we build relationships that last a lifetime. For more than 25 years, Schmid & Rhodes has built a legacy of superior craftsmanship by serving each client as if they were family. In fact, the majority of our clients come to us by word-of-mouth referrals — yet we still believe that our reputation doesn’t rest on the last home we built, but on the one we’re building. We commit to listen to each client’s individual needs, hopes, and dreams they have in mind for their custom new home or remodel. We collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to find the right balance of time and budget to deliver the highest level of artistry with the finest materials. From concept to completion, our team of professionals keeps you updated every step of the way while we build the home you envision. And our commitment to client service doesn’t stop there — our Home Care Team will be at your fingertips for any service or maintenance needs of your custom home. The quality of our construction is a given. It’s the quality of our process and our dedication to building trusted, lasting client relationships that makes Schmid & Rhodes the top home builder in East Tennessee.
