Just to give you all an idea of services you might want or need a handyman for, I thought I'd give you a peek into examples of some of the work I'm doing ...
Today, I completed a gutter cleaning service. It is important to prevent water damage and avoid mold in and around your home. I also consulted with a realtor about a list of items a client needs to complete to have his rental property certified, such as installing a bannister, smoke alarms, window repair, replacing pieces of siding, etc. Additionally, I spoke to a new customer on the phone about work to complete at their home before they sell - a list of items their buyer wants done before they purchase the home.

Life got pretty busy for awhile, but Jed the Handyman is back and my availability is wide open! I'm currently between jobs a little longer than expected so I'm giving this self employment thing a try. If you've got a few some small projects, yard upkeep, or a honey do list you haven't had time to get to let me know. I'd be happy to help!

Always looking for a chance to handyman... even on vacation! Helped my in-laws out this weekend by removing an upper and lower cabinet to accommodate their new larger fridge! Pulled the old fridge out, hooked up water to their new unit for ice and water in the door, and slid into place! 👍 I'll be ready to help them demo when they are ready for their kitchen remodel down the road! Everyone loves 💪

Many people have asked, "What exactly are Handyman services?" Or "What kinds of things can I look to hire a Handyman to do?"

The answer varies based on your needs! Just this summer we've done jobs like fixing small drywall holes, installing accessibility hardware, small painting jobs, trim work, tearing out overgrown landscaping, installing new landscape features, removing large mirrors for bathroom remodel prep, gutter cleaning and repair, and more!
