🔹 Full tear-out. We removed all the dead grass and weeds down to the soil so nothing old was left to compete with the new lawn.
🔹 Fresh compost mix. We worked in a quality compost blend to give the new grass a healthy foundation. Good sod on bad soil won't last, so we don't cut corners on what's underneath.
🔹 New sod. We laid fresh sod for an instant, full, green lawn the homeowner can enjoy right away.
🔹 Irrigation dialed in. The customer already had a sprinkler system, so we went through it and adjusted the heads to make sure every section of new sod is getting proper coverage. New sod lives or dies by how it's watered in those first few weeks.

The result is a clean, healthy lawn that's set up to thrive for years, not just look good for a season.

Before & After 📸

Sometimes less really is more. This home had several old block flower beds that felt bulky and crowded for the space. We pulled it all out and kept things simple, and now the house finally gets to stand out. Clean lines, open space, and a lot more curb appeal.

While we were there, we also added a driveway extension using crusher run, a crushed stone and stone-dust mix that locks together when it’s compacted. It gives you a solid, tight surface for parking without loose gravel scattering across your yard.

More room, a cleaner look, and a fraction of the cost of concrete. 👊
