Step up your curb appeal. 🪨🏡

Natural stone stairs and walkways make a stunning first impression, adding timeless character and charm to any home. Here are a few of our favorite projects from over the years!

And the best part? Natural stone is built to last with very little upkeep. No painting, no staining, no rotting boards. Just beauty that holds up season after season.

🍂 Fall is East Tennessee's secret lawn season 🍂

Summer gets the attention, but in Knoxville, fall is when great lawns are made. Here are a few quick tips to get your yard ready:

🌱 Seed now, before the window closes. Most Knoxville lawns are fescue, and mid-October is the cutoff for overseeding. Aerate first for better seed-to-soil contact.

🚫 Skip the w**d preventer if you're seeding. Pre-emergent stops grass seed from sprouting too. Pick one or the other this fall!

🍁 Don't let leaves pile up. A thick layer smothers grass and invites disease. Mulch-mow them or rake weekly.

✂️ Keep mowing tall. Grass at 3–4 inches means deeper roots and fewer w**ds heading into winter.

💧 Keep new seed moist. Light, consistent watering for the first couple of weeks is key. Fall rain can be spotty here!

🔍 Test your soil. Check pH and nutrients now so your spring game plan is ready.

Want a yard that looks this good without the weekend workload?
🏡 Let Wildwood Land Design handle it.

🌲 MEET THE TEAM 🌲 Wildwood Land Design

👋 Say hello to Teresa Elliott, our Office Manager!

Teresa has been keeping things running smoothly at Wildwood since 2017 — the calm, organized force behind the scenes so the crews can focus on making yards beautiful. 🗂️

🌙 Fun fact: After a busy day, Teresa treasures her quiet alone time — the perfect way to reset.

When she's off the clock, you'll find her: 🥾 Hiking 🎶 Listening to music 🛠️ Refurbishing old furniture 🏡 Tackling home improvement projects

🌮 Go-to takeout order: Salsa and chips — simple and always satisfying.

🏖️ Weekend plans: Laying poolside, soaking up the sun.

🎸 Her anthem: "It's My Life" by Bon Jovi

💚 Why she loves her job: "It doesn't feel like a job." After 7+ years, that says it all.

Next time you call or stop by Wildwood, say hi to Teresa — she's the one making sure everything comes together. 🌳

This is why we do it. 💚

Every project starts with a vision: a family wanting more out of their outdoor space, a homeowner ready to finally love their yard again. What keeps us going is seeing that vision come to life and hearing it from the people we build it for.

Reviews like these remind our whole team why we show up and give it everything, every single time.

Thinking about a project of your own? Reach out! We'd love to sit down with you, hear what you're picturing, and talk through what we can make happen.
