From an interior designer who sees the things people wish they’d done differently 👀

Don’t wait until your house is built to start thinking about the interiors! 📢

Good design starts long before furniture and paint colors. The decisions made during the architectural and construction phases determine how your home will function, feel, and ultimately come together.

Save this before your next builder meeting. 📌

And please, for the love of lamps, stop putting recessed lights in a perfect grid in every room of the house. 😘

I cannot wait to share some of our recently completed projects with you all! Here’s a teaser on this one. 😉

Closet dreams do come true. ✨

And apparently, they come with Calacatta Viola marble, brass details, and lighting to swoon over.

We just wrapped up this absolute DREAM of a closet, and she is every bit as fabulous as we imagined. Custom cabinetry, dramatic Calacatta Viola marble countertops from Smokey Mountain Tops, brass clothing rods, shoe brackets + hardware, and the jewelry on top—a stunning statement fixture from Visual Comfort & Co.. 🤌

Because if you’re going to stand in your closet every morning wondering what to wear, you might as well do it somewhere fabulous. 💃🏼👑

Our built-ins are underway at our Louisville Lakehouse project! I can’t wait to see this living room come together. We have the A-team lined up on all the phases in this space starting with my favorite carpenters Gold’s Carpentry LLC. They are a delight to work with. 😊🙌

There’s nothing more rewarding than hearing how our clients feel after their home is complete. 🥹

This sweet review came from the homeowners of the project we shared yesterday, and it means the world to our team. Thank you for trusting us with your home. We’re so grateful to have been part of your story. ❤️

The best part of the work we do is seeing how happy our clients are with the end results. This is my sweet client Linda. ♥️ We always popped our leg when we talked about her beautiful bathroom chandelier. Now she gets to take bubble baths underneath its dimmable lights- the perfect bath time ambience. The other best part of happy clients? Additional phases! We wrapped up her bathroom this past winter and started phase 2 of her remodel this week! Having delightful clients to work with really makes everything we do worth it. We are grateful for you and your husband Linda! See you next week. 🤗
