These soffit vents aren’t to code but inspectors ignore them all the time! This is so dangerous. We will be replacing all of these very soon.

Code requires:

• Backdraft Dampers: Must include an outdoor backdraft damper to block cold air and pests from entering.

• No Screens: Screens or mesh are prohibited on the exterior exhaust cap because lint blocks them quickly and causes fire risks.

I'm so proud of my team to execute the cleaning of Jefferson Memorial Hospital to perfection. For many companies this would be their "trophy project", the project that defines their accomplishments. Our company is used to large scale projects on a regular basis, but we sure had fun figuring this one out. Thanks to Tennova Health for trusting us with your second hospital in 2026!

We had a blast at the Apartment Association of Greater Knoxville, Inc. trade show.

This years swag was 200 water bottles and some t shirts from the last show. With almost 300 people registering, we had to break into some coffee cups from last fall’s budget season survival kits we dropped off at our properties.

Lennox was a huge help with setup, teardown, stamping everyone’s sheets and hanging out.
