to one of Denark’s most recognizable historic renovation projects — the Tennessee Theatre in downtown Knoxville, TN.

Completed in 2005, this transformational project preserved the theatre’s historic character while helping convert the grand movie palace into a state-of-the-art performing arts facility. The work included restoration of the theatre’s ornate interior finishes, major structural modifications, a deeper stage house for modern live performances, and a 10-story addition constructed on a highly constrained downtown site.

Two decades later, the Tennessee Theatre remains a treasured gathering place where East Tennessee comes together for concerts, performances, celebrations, and shared experiences.

Denark is proud to have helped preserve this Knoxville landmark and prepare it to serve the community for generations to come.

Paving is underway at Lakeshore Park Phase 2, Part 2 and what a gorgeous day it is in Knoxville, TN.

This project continues to take shape, and on a day like today, it's easy to appreciate just how special this park is. Between the beautiful scenery, open green spaces, and incredible views, Lakeshore Park provides the perfect backdrop for seeing progress happen in real time.

Exciting progress is happening on the TCAT Jacksboro campus!

Our team is currently working through above-ceiling punchlist items, helping ensure building systems are coordinated, tested, and ready for the next phase. At the same time, we've reached several important exterior milestones, bringing the facility one step closer to its finished appearance.
