Jackie's Dream is officially open at Covenant Health Park, and we’re proud to have played a role in bringing this beloved Knoxville restaurant’s newest chapter to life.

This tenant build-out was about more than creating a restaurant space. It was about supporting a local business, strengthening community connection, and helping create a welcoming place where people can gather, share a meal, and experience the heart of Knoxville.

From the new polished concrete floor and custom dining area to the fully equipped commercial kitchen, every detail was built to help Jackie’s Dream continue serving the community for years to come.

The rain held off long enough for our team to participate in Clayton-Bradley STEM Academy's annual golf tournament at Egwani Farms Golf Course on Friday.

At Denark, we believe building strong communities goes beyond the projects we deliver. It also means showing up for the schools, nonprofits, and organizations that invest in the people and families who make our region stronger.

Thank you to Clayton-Bradley Academy for hosting a great event and for the work you continue to do in our community. We were grateful to be part of it.

More progress on site this week 👷‍♂️

At Denark Construction, every project brings its own challenges, but the standard stays the same: getting the details right, keeping things moving, and working together to deliver a quality result.

We’re making strong progress at Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Knoxville, a facility that plays a big role in training the next generation of skilled trades professionals right here in our region.

It’s been a great collaboration alongside BarberMcMurry Architects, working together to deliver a project that will have a lasting impact on workforce development. Projects like this mean more than just construction. They support real careers, real opportunities, and the future of the workforce.

We are proud of the our team putting in the work and keeping things moving forward.

More progress at Lakeshore Park!

Orchard Drive, Chapel Drive, and Marble Plaza have been softly opened over the past few days—and it’s looking incredible. This is a beautiful piece of civic furniture that we’re proud to have played a major role in improving, alongside our many partners including Partners Development, MBI Companies Inc., and the Lakeshore Park Conservancy!

As we wrap up the remaining work in the surrounding areas, we’re looking ahead to what’s next. We’re excited to continue the momentum as we have transitioned into the Hilltop Dr. work area.
