Before fall hits, here are 5 things to check on your home’s exterior. 🍂🏡

The first day of fall is tomorrow, and there’s no better time to check in on your home and make sure it’s ready for the season ahead.

Siding: Look for cracks, warping, loose panels, or signs of moisture.
Roof: Check for missing, cracked, or damaged shingles.
Gutters: Make sure they’re clear, secure, and directing water away from your home.
Windows: Look for drafts, damaged seals, or gaps around the frames.
Trim & flashing: Check for damaged caulking, flashing, or trim that’s pulling away.

A little attention now can help prevent bigger problems later, and maybe even give you a reason to fall in love with your home all over again. 🍁
