This job was a complete demolition of the old deck. This was a 1000sqft Deck from top Deck to Bottom Deck.
The Bottom Deck was built around a Hot Tub.
We also built a trap door below the Hot Tub so it can be serviced.

Today was the first day on a 1000sqft Deck Build between 2 Decks.

🛠 Day 1: Demo Day.

⚠️ Safety is also our #1 priority when it comes to our customers and ourselves.
* We made sure that no one can exit through the doors.

💥 The customer called wanting a Deck, but they didn't want any Deck. They wanted their DREAM Deck!

🛠 When the job is all done this will be a 2 story deck with Trex Decking and Fortress Handrails.
* We will be building the Deck around their new Hot Tub!

Hey Everyone 👋

This is going to be a little bit of a long one.
💥 This job was done in WA state before I moved.
💥 I really enjoyed doing the renovation for this home. I wanted to show you all what I am capable of doing.

🏠 The home I Remodeled is a 122 years old. It was built in 1902

🛠This was a complete Remodel.

* Changed the pitch on the Roof
* Framed in 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom.
* Added in a Laundry shoot
* Built in a secret room with a Murphy door
* Metal Roof
* Stained Deck
* New Windows
* Interior doors and trim
* Installed a Skylight

🛠Bathroom was tile floor, tile shower pan with tile walls as well. Glass doors for the shower. Added a privacy tongue and groove wall. As well as added wallpaper ( yes its making a comeback).
🛠 Kitchen was a job in itself. The joists had termite damage so we ended up replacing the joists.
* Installed heated tile floors.
* Installed custom kitchen cabinets.
* Installed new appliances as well as a hood.
* Did a tongue and groove ceiling with Recessed Lights.

The customer contacted us to help him with his Bathroom. They had a Standalone shower and a whirlpool bath tub that did not work.
🛠 We disassembled the old shower and turned it into a closet. ( customer will add shelves and door at a later date)
🛠 We framed a wall where the tub was. Moved the drain and re-plumbed the hot and cold water line to accommodate the new shower.
🛠 Also did the drywall work in the bathroom as well. ( Customer stated they were going to paint)
💥 The customer also wanted luxury vinyl plank flooring ( LVP) in Bathroom and Kitchen.
