OOPS! You were weed-eating around your outdoor HVAC unit and accidentally cut a line? Yay you for keeping the HVAC clear of weeds, but now it's not working.
Maybe you just nicked it? Did your dog chew it? That can pose a safety issue, or future failure.
Cutting or damaging that wire means one of our techs needs to come out and replace it. This happens often, unfortunately.
But there is a way to prevent it from happening! Yep, we have covers that are specific to the job. They protect that wire line from pests, pets and lawn tools. An inexpensive upgrade to prevent an expensive repair.

HVAC protection is a thing? YES!
Here in East TN we get lots of severe storms that disrupt power with lightning strikes and downed lines. Not to mention brown and black outs in the extreme winter. All those power stops, starts and surges can wreak havoc on your HVAC.
As one of the most expensive components of a residence, protecting your outdoor HVAC unit(s) from power surges is one of the most logical additions. These surge protectors are specific to those units, and can make all the difference in safety and economy.

Got build-up?
The end of summer marks a time to investigate your HVAC system for optimal function and safety!
We see it all the time – Outdoor HVAC units SMOTHERED in grass clippings, dirt, leaves, twigs, and other yard waste! You couldn’t breathe under all that stuff, neither can your HVAC coil.
Time to have a talk with whoever maintains your yard – they need to direct the mower away from your HVAC, trim up all the foliage and branches encroaching on the outdoor unit, and blow away everything that might get caught up into, and interfere with the operation.
If you do have some build-up, it’s time to get one of our team out there to clean that coil properly and professionally, to keep it running at its best, most efficiently and safely.
