Progress continues across multiple areas on this major project!

While work at is winding down in one building, construction on the new office expansion continues to gain momentum. Underground utilities are in place, and the recent slab pour marks an important milestone as the project moves from site preparation into vertical construction.

Every completed phase moves the project one step closer to serving the people who will work there every day 💪

We're officially entering the final stretch!

Construction is substantially complete, with our team now focused on system start-up, testing, and commissioning to ensure every system performs exactly as intended. These final phases are critical to delivering reliable, high-performing mechanical systems that owners can depend on from day one.

Quality doesn't end when installation is complete it just continues through every final inspection and system check.

Every project comes with unique challenges and that's where experience makes the difference.

One of the most demanding aspects of this stadium renovation has been installing ductwork through tight overhead spaces. By developing a coordinated installation sequence, our foreman and sheet metal team created a plan that allowed the work to move safely, efficiently, and without compromising quality. It's another example of the problem-solving and collaboration our crews bring to every jobsite 💪

Renovations continue to take shape as our team transforms more than 12,000 square feet through selective demolition, interior reconfiguration, and new mechanical system installations. Every phase requires careful coordination to keep the project moving safely and efficiently while preparing the space for its next chapter.
